Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Treasure Birds. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of the items we offer. Understanding that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, we have established the following return and refund policy:

1. Terms of Return:

You have 3 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. Returns attempted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. State of Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

3. Reason for Return:

Returns are accepted for the following reasons only:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The wrong product was shipped.
Please note that returns for other reasons, such as customer's change of mind, are not accepted under our policy.

4. Process for Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item's details, and the reason for return.
Our customer service will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly encouraged to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations. Return shipping costs will not be paid by Treasure Birds.

5. Process of Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your monies within 14 days.
